This is the first video blog in my new place in my new town. I am finally getting settled in and Marble is transitioning better now. Things are looking better and brighter!
I have been wanting to make this cheese since I saw it demonstrated in early June. I finally found time and had all the ingredients to do it. It turned out great!! As you will see from the video, it makes quite a bit of cheese. Being a single person, I often let food go bad in my refrigerator simply because I can’t eat it fast enough. I didn’t want that to happen to this cheese so I thought I would try it on my toast this morning instead of vegan butter. I definitely give it a thumbs up! Once it gets warm it spreads very easily. Definitely give it a try. You can watch the video below.
