As I mentioned in my two previous posts, these two activities really helped me heal. Funny, I didn’t realize it at the time, but I do now. They both clearly helped me move forward. This was because they got me out of my head and heart, helped me meet new people, and provided me with something new to learn (which I love, because I am a life-long learner).
