Let’s set an intention for a wonderful 2019
Intentions are everything, if you really think about it. An online dictionary defines intention as: a thing intended; an aim or plan. If you intend to feel better, you make a plan to feel better or you aim to feel better. In other words, if you think it you can become it. You almost will it to happen. Buddha was right when he said you become what you think. When I do a Reiki treatment with a client, I set an intention that the beautiful Reiki energy enter the body to coat and heal all the pains, trauma, and stress inside the body. I feel it is so important to start a session in this way. Saying it aloud makes the energy more powerful so that it can heal and reduce pain or release trauma “stuck” in the body.
