One day when I was hooping and studying about energy a lightbulb went off. It finally occurred to me how helpful hula hooping is to my energy body. The body wants energy to cross over from one side of your body to the other. Unfortunately, many people have energy that only runs homolaterally (going in the same direction) with none of their energy crossing over. By simply spinning the hoop around your waist, you are spinning the energy too – it is helping your energy to crossover your body, which is a great benefit to your energy body and, therefore, your physical body.
