Here is a video that shows how to make a quick sun dried tomato pesto pizza.  The moral of this video is READ THE LABELS.  My problem is that I don’t take the time to put on my glasses to see the fine print on things I buy at the store.  I think, though, that perhaps the best thing to do is purchase things that DO NOT have labels (i.e. whole foods!!).  Duh!  I learned a lot doing this video.  Next task:  a recipe to make my own sun dried tomato pesto.
