Just a super quick post today. This is a spread or dip using edamame, which is a soy product. Be careful to buy non-GMO edamame because most soy is GMO these days. I also want to mention that, as a vegan, soy is an option for me as a meat substitute, but I don’t like to eat a lot of it. Soy contains estrogen which is not always the healthiest option. So, just be aware of how much soy you use. It is not something you want to eat every day. This can be put on bread, toast, on crackers, or in a wrap. Click HERE to go to the recipe I used.
