I’ve been there. I know how you feel. Back in 2004 my husband passed away at a very young age. I was devastated and become very depressed. I eventually went to the doctor and started taking anti-depression medication. But then I heard about all the negative side effects and decided it was time to stop taking the drug. I knew I needed to find alternative ways to cope with my still present depression. If I had only known about energy healing, perhaps I could have healed more quickly without medication. Now I know that working with my energy body would have been a healthier way to recover from my loss. I also regret that I never knew about these healing modalities when my husband was sick. I know they could have helped him.
Then, when I entered midlife, my energy was drained, too. I wasn’t happy that getting older meant deteriorating health and vitality.
I had no idea I even had an energy body until I was in my 40s. That’s when I decided to take a Reiki I course. It changed my life and was my introduction to energy work. I loved it so much I eventually became a Reiki Master Practitioner. My first course just scratched the surface of all there was for me to learn about energy work and the importance of the energy body to good health.
I began to devour books about energy and attended workshops on energy work. I loved them all! I practiced what I learned with great success!
Recently, I was working in a stressful and energy draining job. I used energy exercises daily to help me deal with the negative environment. I’m not sure I would have survived without them. They saved my life and kept me sane as I worked in this toxic environment.
Now, I’m older and wiser. I now have tools that keep my mind clear and my energy and physical body healthier. I rarely get sick. I don’t have the ailments most women in their 50s have, I’m happy, positive and I don’t take prescription drugs. How? I’ve learned how to take care of my energy body. It’s that simple.
My goal is to show others how to achieve the success they want by understanding the many parts of their energy body and how to maintain it for optimal health.
That’s why I developed the program Meet Your Energy Body. Once you are introduced to your energy body and learn to love it, it will love you back with increased energy, a more youthful vitality, less physical problems, and a positive outlook on life.
What can you expect from my program Meet Your Energy Body?
This 8-week program introduces you to your 3 primary energy systems: your aura, chakras and meridians. You will gain a fuller understanding of how your energy systems work together. You’ll also learn how to implement simple techniques to increase your energy through various exercises. I’ll pack your toolbox full of useful strategies. Pick ones that are appropriate for you in the moment. We’ll also discuss diet and how that plays a role in your energy health.
When I started doing energy work, I became more spiritual and open minded to this alternative form of healing. This program will introduce you to energy work.
