Just a quick post today because it seems like ages since I posted. One reason for not posting is that I took a trip to Colorado. During my trip I was able to dip my feet into the cool mountain waters. When you stick your feet in a stream or just stand on the cool grass, you are grounding yourself. When is the last time you walked barefoot in the grass or sand? When your feet physically touch the ground, you connect your energy to Mother Earth’s energy and only positive things can happen. When you hula hoop you also ground yourself and align your root chakra. So there is nothing better to do to ground yourself than to hoop in bare feet. It is a wonderful experience. While my one picture looks like I am screaming — the water was cold, but I was playing it up for the camera for a funny picture. The cool water felt great! And hooping in the stream with no shoes was heavenly. Grounding is important to good health and to mentally recharge yourself. It’s summer, so step outside, kick off the shoes and ground. You won’t regret it!
