I am a certified life coach. I also do nutrition, wellness, and weight loss coaching. I specialize in women’s health. If you need a “guide on the side” to help you develop better eating habits or exercise routines or a cheerleader to celebrate your successes , I can help. As your coach, I will help you develop goals and hold you accountable toward meeting those goals.
I provide one on one coaching either in person (Toledo, OH area) or via Zoom through an online meeting. Coaching sessions usually last about 1 hour. I tailor the sessions to meet your needs. If I don’t know the answer I will research for you to find one. Contact me for pricing information.
