This loaf is absolutely delicious! It’s savory and filling and tastes great fresh out of the oven or as leftovers for days afterward. I will say that it requires some prep work, but it is well worth it. I served this to a couple non-vegans on Thanksgiving and they both really like it. As a matter of fact, I haven’t served it to anyone who didn’t like it. It’s just that good to vegans and non-vegans like. I hope you decide to give it a try. Please let me know if you do.
