I offer a variety of workshops and presentations all focused on healthy living.  Preference is for groups of 5 or more unless indicated otherwise.  Below are the descriptions of each workshop.  I have indicated in the description if it is FREE.  If it doesn’t mention that it’s free, please call or email me to discuss the cost.  Workshops vary in length from 45 min. to 3 hours

Reiki:  Energy Healing for Health  FREE

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and earned my credentials through Reiki Rays of Hope for
Families and Children. I do Reiki healing sessions and Reiki classes and attunements for those
wishing to learn Reiki. This workshop introduces Reiki to those who are not familiar with it.  It covers the following topics:

  • Learn about this Japanese healing technique — its history and origin
  • Identify the health benefits of a Reiki healing session

Taking Care of Your Energy Body  FREE

Our society focuses on the physical body when it comes to health, but we also have an energy
body and it is just as important to take care of it. This workshops helps you learn how to do
that. It covers the following topics:

  • Understand the difference between your physical and energy bodies
  • Learn about the energy systems in your body and how they are tied to your health
  • Learn a few simple techniques to take charge of their own health by learning to work with
       your energy systems in positive ways

Food Over Medicine  FREE

I am a certified Food Over Medicine Instructor with  Wellness Forum Health in Columbus, OH.  This is an introductory course which introduces participants to using food to improve health.  Those interested in learning more may enroll in my 4 session course for $150 which includes a workbook.  A minimum of 4 people are needed to conduct the paid class.  I can come to your home or at a place of your choosing to present.  It can also be presented via teleconference.

Women’s Health Class

Women’s health is important at any age.  This workshop will cover all aspects of a woman’s health — from youth to advanced years.  This is a series of 4 sessions and costs $150 per person.  A minimum of 4 people are needed to conduct the paid class.  I can come to your home or at a place of your choosing to present.  It can also be presented via teleconference. This workshop covers:

  • Women’s health issues and how to treat and prevent them, including, cervical dysplasia, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and menopause
  • The link between hormone production and diet, lifestyle choices and body composition
  • How to have a healthy pregnancy
  • How to prevent or reduce symptoms of menopause
  • The risks of HRT and bio-identical hormones
  • How to reduce the risk of breast cancer
  • The pros and cons of breast cancer screening
  • How to build and maintain strong bones

Know your Chakras, Know Better Health

Chakras are an important part of our energy system. Having healthy chakras help maintain health and may help ward off illness and disease. This workshop covers the following topics:
